Vu sur le blog de Lean-Agile Software Development un modèle d’évaluation de la mise en place d’un kanban sous forme de radar de pratiques. Personnellement, j’utilisais ce modèle sur la base d’auto évaluation de l’équipe. Ce modèle s’étoffe et devient plus factuel. Il est intéressant pour les coachs Kanban.
